Ttc but 2 months late on

Hello I just need any advice please
I am 2 months late on my period.. I have been to the doctors and had 5 tubes of blood taken and they have all come back fine- expect one of my hormone levels were high which the doctor told me is nothing to worry about

He told me my period would come on its own accord- but when your ttc it is a very annoying time with AF doesn't arrive

Is there any ways to kick start it off
I have googled it and have ate oranges, drunk tea had a hot water bottle etc etc just any other ways?

The doctor told me i should take a pregnancy test every month? What do you all think

When my AF didn't show up for a while I went to the docs and they gave me medroxyprogesterone. It's the same pill they give to people who don't want AF while on holiday.

Ohh okay ? Thankyou I might have to go and ask for this as we're ttc and having no AF is really getting me down :( he did say he could give me a hormone tablet if it still hasn't come? Xx
