Did anyone get copies of their labwork when they had it done (fsh, lh) and did anyone get copies of the sperm analysis or were you just told numbers. I keep asking for a sheet copy but he just says, oh the numbers are fine! What do the copies look like, anyone have a sperm analysis sample minus the name or is there a website that has what a sample sperm analysis report looks like, I'm thinking the lab lost it or something and can't produce evidence!

The work up that we had came pack on computer. Lots of NHS stuff is these days. Particuallary relevant for DP as his results are actually on his patient file NOT mine - as it is his information. Although i didn't get a copy of either results doc was lovely giving me time to make a note of everything i wanted too - even pointed out which things were important in my/our case.

I'm not efficient enough to take a note book like some people but I always take a pen to appointments and then grab any scap of paper/back of an envelope i can to make notes.
