Conception worried have false positive or going through early menopause

Hi I've came on here as last week I had done pregnancy test which came out 2-3 weeks pregnant because I missed my period .
Firstly We were going to start trying in January and secondly I feel it's like a miracle as our sex life is non existent with my youngest in the middle of the bed and when we did have sex it doesn't match up with fertility dates as week before period due . Now I'm very stressed and worried it's early menopause as can get false positive !!
Taken 4 tests this week all saying same but then it's not went up to 3 today and technically should .
I've booked in for a early scan for Wednesday but feels like lifetime away !!
My youngest is nearly 5 and I lift her everywhere as got a condition which I shouldn't even do normally as size of 8+year old , worried also if pregnant this will effect things .
My heads a mess and wondering if anyone knows of s false positive 2-3 weeks clear blue test ??

Hi-I'm no expert but I think the slightly raised levels of HCG seen in menopause are still relatively low and would seem unlikely to push you over the 2-3 threshold on a clear blue digital. Sounds like a positive to me

I feel guilty because was a shock and when seen positive totally didn't want as not planned but now I sooo badly want , my partner is excited and I'm scared the menopause is here early xx I sooo hope your right xc

I agree with catlady. Sounds like a positive to me! I wasn't convinced when I took a clear blue and it said 2-3 weeks, and guess what, my 8 month old dd2 is now asleep beside me, I'm 40! Please try not to stress, no good will come of it, November isn't that far off January and it only takes the once if you're lucky which it sounds like you are! Good luck with the scan and please keep us posted (ps no lifting just in case!)

Ahh I like to hear of happy endings xx I'm trying not to stress as had spotting yesterday and dull pain on left side after lifting my daughter in out bath and rushing to a party where I had to do alot of moving her around xx I will need to look on bright side if MC I know I'm still able to get pregnant and if am pregnant it's a miracle xx I'm getting myself wound up searching for symptoms so think I need to get off and clean until Wednesday xx lol xx thanks for reply

You must be fertile later than you thought or earlier!

Some people never get a 3+ so dont worry about that.

Time to stop carrying DD around though, work out a system with DH.

Ahh well Next issue was light bleeding and went for early scan last night xx couldn't drink anything without feeling was going to wet myself xx could only see early signs as couldn't do internal scan xx anyway after scan ran to toilet and wasn't expecting what I seen as a lot of blood and I feel I've miscarried xx got hosp Friday xx
