Tmi but alot of fluid down there

Came off the pill about 10 days ago and have noticed in the last 24 hours that im really wet down there. Actually having to go to the loo to check im not bleeding or something because i can feel it. Is that normal? I havent had a period for 12+ years thanks to the pill and no withdrawal yet. We have been ttc though

Watery cervical mucus is common, that and egg-white mucus (EWCM) could be signs of ovulation. When I came off the pill early October, I had a withdrawal bleed then ovulated around 10 days later so it can happen anytime.

Some people don't get EWCM so watery is their fertile sign Smile

The pill can thicken CM to prevent sperm from swimming through and surviving which is probably why you're finding it strange to feel this type of cm. I'd take this as a sign that your body is gearing up to ovulate. Time to get busy Wink

Thanks for your comments. My abdomen feels very hard and some twinging going on. Feeling nauseous too so big part of me is wondering if its my withdrawal bleed coming instead. Hope so in some respects as it would be good to know if i can get back to normal after all this time. The other half of me is dreading it as AF used to make me so so sick and very heavy. I guess i will have a better reason to put up with it from now on though! Totally mind games ttc.

I did an opk test tonight though and got a faint line. I know it doesnt count but its the first line anywhere i have seen yet

Your body will be adjusting. It sounds like the experience I had at the start of my post pill cycle. I had watery cm for a few days. And then a little EWCM and then my body tried to ovulate but failed. I still haven't had a withdrawal bleed or AF and I'm on CD50 today. I really hope your body succeeds!! It can take a little while for the ovaries to wake up and get working again so please please don't do what I did and think things would go back to normal straight away.

I had this exact same thing the other week. So much so that I had complained, like you, on another thread on here. As I'm taking clomid which is suppost to reduce the amount of Cirvical mucus, not increase it. I was really baffled by it. Anyway, fast forward 2 weeks & tad-dar! AF yesterday, so it was definitely ovulation. My first ovulation in about 2 years. I Have pcos.
