TTC for 1 year

Can anyone help me understand these results:

Most of my results were in recommended ranges except for the following:

*Anti Nuclear Antibody = negative (I think this is a good thing?)

Immunoglobulin M = 2.67 (lab say max should be around 1.9)

DRVVT = 0.8 (lab says minimum should be 0.8)

Anticardiolipin Antibodies = 29.5 (lab says max should be 10)

Dilute APTT = 1.47 (lab says max should be 1.2)*

Would really appreciate any advice

I would call your doctor and ask them to explain your results to you. It looks like you have been getting tested for things like autoimmune disorders like lupus anticoagulant, SLE or antiphospholipid syndrome but I'm not sure what your results mean. Lab tests online might be a helpful website for you. Sorry can't be anymore help.
