Would steroids help?

Been TTC for 1 year.

Did all the tests (FSH, LH etc) at Guys Hospital in London.

They said I may have ‘autoimmune issues’ because the level of anticardiolipin antibodies is very high in my blood.

Also underactive thyroid so Levothyroxine for that.

They said they will test every 3 months to check it.

But they didn’t offer any solutions..

I’ve looked into this and read that taking a low dose of steroids like prednisone might help.

Does the NHS subscribe steroids for women TTC with autoimmune issues?

Or should I just go to private clinic and get prescription there?

Any advice/ thoughts appreciated.
