Got BFP this morning but I'm already mentally preparing for a third mc

I don't really know how to feel after a mmc in April and another mc last month. I have really painful cramps just like the last 2times. It's horrible because I really want to be excited but I just can't

Sorry for what you've been through. I had a mc in July and recently got a BFP and I've been so anxious the whole time since. It's completely normal but try and remember that every pregnancy is different and there's nothing to say this will end the same way. I've had really bad cramps too and was convinced the worst was happening but I've just had an early scan today and everything is coming along as it should so please try to be positive. Congrats moonlight i really hope this pregnancy sticks for you it's horrible going through a mc.
