Should I be concerned?

Hi everyone
I'm currently on cycle 2, 7dpo (according to the opk) & CD 21.
Past few days I've had a general heavy feeling in my tummy, and then the past two days sort of stabby pains in the lower left side of my tummy. Tmi this morning while DTD the stabby pains came on a bit stronger.

I don't know what I'm thinking but in my head I'm thinking oh my gosh my wombs gonna self destruct!

Anyone ever had a similar experience?

Have you had any spotting at all? At 7 dpo it could possible be implantation pains?

I had a tiny tiny tiny bit of spotting 2 days ago but nothing I thought anything of

The spotting makes me think implantation then. FX for you.
