Feeling a bit worried

So currently on cycle day 71 I now have very light spotting that started last night. This has happened another 2 times during my cycle it's literally so light and only lasts two days then goes again

I don't normally track ovulation but since missing my period (due 28th August) I have not ovulated

I have an internal scan booked for 26th October doctor won't see me until I have this done just feeling a little concerned about the 3 lots of spotting I have had what is it?

Please can anyone help?

Yep done like 4 last one about a week ago all negative just dont understand what the spotting is its barely even there when it happens

What do you mean by cycle day 71? Isn't that too much of a cycle?

My last period was 30th July.

Sounds like you havent been ovulating to me although im not an expert. The spotting would happen when you would have had a period. Have you been offered blood tests?

No not at all they have me booked in for an internal scan and won't do nothing until then. I had blood test done about 4/5 months ago checking all my levels and apparently they were all normal so I never worried about not ovulating. I'm also getting this cold tingling feeling in my boobs
