Just wondered if anyone else is as madly maternal as me ?
Trying for no. 4 now and have dd 14 dd 11 and ds 3 -no money, smallish house and good job which will hopefully one day pay for it all

I would love 4! Only one DS at the mo, hubby not so keen on the idea though, any ideas for changing his mind?

I just put folic acid tabs on the kitchen window sill for a few months !
Has become a bit of a joke because he keeps putting them away and i just keep putting them out again !
Also drew a pic of missing mirena coil on the notice board !

hi there

same here i am afraid.just had ds, 8 weeks, baby no3 and madly brooding again. only i have had now 3 cs, and need time toheal inside again to ttc again.its mad but a gut feeling and cant help it.so i probably know how you feel!

Pregnant with No 4. Very unsure how I feel. Had first three within 3 years, so very hard work! Youngest now three and a half, life is great - don't know how we will cope with 4. Any advice anyone please???

Blimey Smiley Girl, I thought my 4 in 5.5 years was good going . Must be even more physically exhausting. But if you can cope with 3, you can cope with 4! Good luck with it.

Mooshy, I'm pg with no 4 and can't wait. Go for it. You'll cope, especially as you are lucky enough to have your big girls!

my partner and i have just decided to try for baby no.4, the mirenas coming out on wednesday . we have 3 DD's aged 7,5 and 2.5 and this is the longest i haven't been pregnant for since '99!. i cant wait!!

I'm pregnant with no.4 - it's due July and DS will be just 6, DD1 will be 4 and DD2 will be 2. I am really excited -we always thought we'd have 4 and itfeels right. Not everyone was v. accepting at 1st but they have come round now. If you're both up for it, why not!

Who wasn't acceping? Was it your children or family and friends. I worry that our family will think we are being irresponsible. Financially it's not a problem, but I do think that they might see us becoming more of a burden ie babysitting etc...
