You will never know. I have all the symptoms every month and my normal period is heavy and clotty if I don't take ibuprofen. Have you recently come off birth control?

If af was early then that's most likely all it was. For it to be an mc you would have had to be pg first an then had af.
It's not uncommon for periods to be heavier some months than others.
From my experience there aren't really any definite signs so best to always stay cautious and don't get your hopes up until testing/af is late.

Treat yourself to some 🍷 & 🍫 and best of luck for next month 😊

Symptoms really don't mean anything. It wouldn't be a miscarriage at this early stage it would be classed as a chemical pregnancy but only if you have has a positive hpt.

Spend the evening with your feet up and a hot water bottle and watch something to take your mind off it Flowers

Thank you guys !! Made me feel better... I feel like giving up sometimes! I suppose hormones of AF aren't helping today hehe. Made me feel confident it wasn't MC as was starting to think something may be wrong!
Thank you for your replies.. lots of ice cream eating..
