Have two kids.
Have copper coil.
Do not want any more children.
Period 4 days late.
Negative pregnancy test yesterday.
Small amount of brown/pink blood yesterday and today (normally period heavy).
Am completely terrified I'm pregnant but that would be unlikely with a neg test with period overdue... wouldn't it?
Don't think I'll ever trust this coil again even if period does show up

Unlikely... What type of test did you use? Did you just get your coil? Ovulation could have been delayed for a huge number of reasons (stress, travel etc...)

One of those overpriced clear blue ones. Only thing my local shop had.

I have been VERY stressed last month or two (bereavements, bad news, sick kids, I work shifts including nights and have not been sleeping well all month).

I ve had the coil for over a year now.

Unfortunately, stress could be the answer to your question... If still no joy in a week or two, it might be worth a trip to the gp to at least discuss stress and your cycle.
