Two positive tests, but instructions are not in English as on holiday!

I believe I have had two positive tests, pictures below. Sorry if I am being naive but as the instructions were all in Spanish I just need clarification that they are positive (which I am 99% sure they are) - we are actively trying :)

Thanks all!! I did another test today (clearblue digital) and again positive 2-3 weeks :-)
