TTC for 1 year.

Husbands results say Morphology (shape) = 3%

Is this OK? or not great?

What are the ideal results for this? And how can they be improved?

Very powerful magnets sewn in his underwear will straighten things out

Surely wherever you had tests done should have someone to talk through the results with you? You shouldn't be left asking for advice from strangers on the internet!

4% or higher is considered normal. It cannot be changed generally, however a health kick overall can help with count. So, no smoking, no or minimal alcohol (3-4 units a week), men's multi vitamin, healthy weight, exercise, eat well etc.

Sounds similar to my husband. Docs advises supplements and no smoking or drinking for 3 months.

We ended up having IVF.
