Clear blue duel hormone OPK question

I've just started using the clear blue digital duel hormone ovulation tests this cycle as I never get positives on the ICs and I'm not sure I'm ovulating.

It's shown low fertility so far and then this morning it suddenly went straight to peak fertility without the high fertility stage first. However when I ejected the test the line isn't any darker than any other days have been. I read the instructions and it said if you don't use fmu you may get 'unexpected high fertility' results. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night last night but the fmu had still been held for 6 hours so not sure if it counts as fmu or not. Just wondering if it could be a false positive with the stick not having a dark colour on it?

Thanks to anyone that's read my slightly ranty paragraph there, I no I'm overthinking it, but the instructions have made me doubt it!
