Ttc naturally aged 46

Hello
Ok please can anyone give me some advice/support.
Aged 46. 3 dc all concieved naturally. Last one 6yrs ago
Not used contraception for a while but not actively trying iyswim.
Had an early mc 2 years ago. First one ever.
Periods as regular as ever. I appear to ovulate regularly.
Have been taking dhea(50mg a day) approx four months. Just started taking coq 10 (100mg twice a day).
Any other recommendations?only other one is more sex i think!

Acupuncture - pick one who specialises in fertility. I know two 40+ woman who struggled to conceive then conceived after three months of treatment. A good one will see you around ovulation to give max chances of conception.

Do you think so?even if concived naturally previously

I think the speed in which they conceived using acupuncture would attract me at 46. I think they both may have conceived anyway, one had a previous dd and the other didn't.

It is quite time consuming I think, both had to rush off around ovulation for pre ovulation treatments and post ovulation treatments but it does seem to have worked.
