Pregnant on Nexplanon?

I've got the implant, and it's stopped my periods. DH and I did the deed 12 days ago, and for the past week or so I've had vivid dreams, feel nauseous, water tastes metallic and makes me feel sick, and I'm noticing more acne than usual, in random places.
I've got a clearblue test, but would itbe accurate if I used it tomorrow morning? I have no idea when I would have ovulated (if at all), but really just want to know. I'm aware I may just be obsessing over this, but I don't know if I can wait any longer.

Any help/advice/personal experiences would be greatly appreciated :)

It depends how long you've been on the Implant but when my friend had it put in she had pregnancy symptoms and apparently that's normal, her periods stopped completely and she had "morning sickness", her doctor told her to treat it just like it was morning sickness. It went away after a month or so. A few people have said on here the ClearBlue tests aren't so accurate early on, but that's not to say it won't put your mind at rest. Good luck!

I've been on the implant for two years, and never had anything like this.
I got a BFN from the Clearblue this morning, but still have all the same symptoms, plus for the past two days my nipples have been really painful.
I also feel tired, but not how I usually do. My eyes aren't tired, but I just feel completely drained. I don't know if I'm just so focussed on spotting signs that I'm creating them in my head, but I just feel like the test was wrong.
