Abbreviations

Good morning all,
I'm pretty new to all this. We're trying to conceive no.2 after 5 years. The first time round I was pregnant as soon as I came of the pill. I don't know if its because I'm now loser (38), but I've been off the pill since April and.....nothing!

It doesn't help that I'm a midwife and am surrounded by babies, but I feel that I now need to start 'charting' to give us a helping hand at hopefully conceiving.

Lastly, can anybody point me in the direction/help with all the abbreviations that are used?

I've just been directed to an app called fertility friend that does the charting, looks pretty good with info videos to follow. I have a 5yr old and just starting for no2, but have unstable cycle, so need a bit of direction. Good luck x
