Hi,

I just wanted to know what kind of supplements and vitamins everyone is taking to help with conception.

I've been on pregnacare conception for a year now, I know it has a lot of the vits you need and folic acid. My OH is taking Centrum for men.

I also started taking EPO capsules once a day between period and ovulation on suggestion from someone on mumsnet.

Vitamin c 1000mg twice a day for dh(recommended by an ivf specialist for top sperm) and selenium and vitamin e for implantation for you.

B complex (particularly b6 but the best vitimins work better when taken together) :). If you're taking pregnacare they probably already have everything you need in though? I've also seen royal jelly and coq10 pop up a few times but they're expensive so I havnt given them a go personally.

Oh and flaxseed. But the whole stuff not the oil!

Pregnacare (good all rounder!)

Solgar wild alaskan fish oils (increases EWCM)

Solgar ubiquinol (improves egg quality)

all very expensive
