I've done this test this morning and two lines apeared way before the 3 minutes. Should I get excited!?

May be worth getting a digital test just to be sure.

Lovely. Congratulations. You are up-duffed. Was going to say careful with the digi as they are less sensitive than some old fashioned ones but that result is conclusive!
