I am trying to concieve but want to loss weight while we try. I know it might take a long time to get pregnant and don't want it to take even longer because I am overweight. But I also want to watch healthy foods in order to make sure my body is getting the best nutrients for fertility. Which one is better? Do either of them have a plan specifically for conception or pregnancy needs? Just wondering what other people have seen or heard and how much it has helped them.
