Feeling so weird, surely cannot be pregnancy??

I haven't even been trying long to conceive.
The last three days, I've had a pinching, nagging dull pain on lower right side. I've had occasional diarrhoea and last night before bed, I felt nausea.
Is this anything like very early symptoms or am I just jumping to conclusions?
I maybe am wrong as my boobs aren't sore, but I do feel weird.
I don't know even when to take a test, as my periods aren't too regular.

A dull nagging pain soundds more like an ov pain but nausea is a pg one. The only thing you can do is test and if it's a bfn test every couple of days until af does/doesn't arrive. No one on here can tell you if you are or not.

I'll test on Monday, see how things are.
It doesn't feel like period feelings but I know it's hard to tell. It just feels different.
Would it only last couple hours if it was implantation?
