I've been trying for my second baby got a healthy girl who's turning 4 I've been having really bad cramps tiedness and feeling sick last few days my period isn't due for 5 days could I be possible pregnant??? And feedback welcome

In the next couple of days you can test with an early response test. It's possible if you have been having sex without protection.

Possibly, I got symptoms very early with my last 2 pregnancies and knew before I tested. Fingers crossed for you both
