What sort of things should i be doing in preparation for ttc baby number one - we are looking to start trying in december - any advice or tips ?

Stop any contraception you are on now to let your cycles regulate and take folic acid 😊 That's all you need to do but you can also start tracking your cycles to work out when you normally ovulate if you like X

I agree stop hormonal contraception and use condoms till you are ready in December. My cycle took ages to normalise after coming off the pill. Start tracking your cycles so you know what is normal for you, i.e ovulation and cycle length, there are lots of apps available. I also started squirrelling money so that the drop in income while on maternity won't be an issue.
