5 +ve OPK's, so tried a HPT...

Hi,

This is my first month trying OPK's and I've had five positives in a row over the last 5 days, three of which are seriously strong. I googled and found an old thread that said OPK's can show +ve if pregnant.

Done a HPT and voilà...it is positive isn't it? By it I mean they, I had to do three to check and I still don't believe it.

(DD1 is only 4 months, have we really thought this through? )

Also, I had a bleed from 7th-11th August, do you think this may have been break through bleeding? My last period before that started on 13th July. Any idea how I can date it? Or will I have to wait for a scan?

Pretty much the same has just happened to me! I think you date it from your last AF as the bleed would likely have been implantation..which for me works time wise as I was using OPKs.

OPKs is how I found out I was pregnant. I took one on a whim as I had a 'feeling' and low and behold, the line was stronger than any line I had when ovulating

Ah you'll be brilliant. Have to admit the idea has crossed my mind to have em back to back, I'm nearly 35w at the moment and it's tempting... - Think it's my age talking though

When will you be due? My brain is literally like mush - insomnia rearing it's head!

We have 13 months between ours. It would've been 11 if we'd scored in the first cycle!

buttmuncher Will be due 19th April, DD was born on 17th April this year she was three weeks early though so hopefully this one isn't born on the same day!
