Long story short: still breastfeeding DC once a day, but I'be found out my luteal phase is too short to sustain a pregnancy (it's about 7-9 days long): Am I 'allowed' to take vitex/ B6/ B12 while breastfeeding? I'm confused as to which ones I should take and when in my cycle (some say to stop vitex after ovulation, some say continue?)

Help a newbie out! ;)
