Is this positive?!

I think so but my friend reckons it may be an Evap. I've done two tests, both FRER and both came up positive after 1 minute. In person the line is clearly pink too. Tentatively excited, whilst still in shock.. but it's positive right? I'm 12dpo and didn't test till 2pm after a serious food aversion!
