Took a test after randomly thinking that I could be pregnant earlier today.

I think this is a positive but it's very faint. I couldn't tell you when I ovulated as have only one ovary which appears to have a very laissez-faire attitude to working.

I peed on the test window accidentally (TMI) but could this has thrown up a random result? I will take a new one tomorrow as I can't get out and get another now as DS is asleep and DH at work

Don't worry about peeing on the window - you still wouldn't get the line if the right hormones weren't present.

Thank you all for taking the time to look. I asked mumsnet for help under a different user name when I had my first pregnancy and subsequent issues with ovarian cysts etc. It seemed only right to put this test to the mumsnet jury as well
I will take another tomorrow (and will dip it in this time )
