Hi all, this may be a ridiculous question but some advice would be good. I got my period on Wednesday 27th July, it lasted for one day and then nothing. I thought it may have been implantation bleeding but then on the Sunday I started bleeding again, this time for about 4 days. Gutted that it was not implantation bleeding but there you go. My question is do I still count the Wednesday as day 1 or the Sunday? I am trying to work out how long my cycle is and I am getting confused. Thanks

Pilly opinions might vary but I'd go for Sunday as day 1 as that seems to be the first day of your 'proper' period. Unless you're a successful opk user / clued up on your own fertility signs etc. I'd also dtd every other day just to be sure you catch your ov no matter what the cycle day was! Good luck xx

Thanks Danigrace, we are dtd pretty much every day so covered on that front lol. Just trying to work out my body really as it is not something I have ever taken any notice of, it just came when it came.

Pilly thats good lol . Have you tried any of the free apps like Fertility Friend? I find that helpful fir knowing where I'm up to.
