Ovulating

I had a strange afternoon yesterday, I had cramps like I was due on plus the mood swings were awful. AF stopped a week ago so I know it isn't that. Could it be that I was ovulating? I can't normally tell although with ttc for the last 3 months I am taking more notice of my body now than I ever did before. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Pilly it could be ovulation depending on the length of your cycle. Have you tried using a free app like Fertility Friend? I find it really useful to help know where things are up to
