Hi,

We are not actively ttc but aren't preventing either. We are likely to start properly in a few months. I thought I ovulated on Saturday, I had a few cramps and I've had sort of tingly boobs on and off since which is normally a sign I've ovulated. All good.

But today I'm having some mild cramps as well which also feel like ovulation pains. I know the only way to know when you're ovulating is temping and OPKs but I'm not ready to start being that active about trying as I get really obsessive.

My questions:

  1. Does anyone else get cramps after ovulation? They aren't strong but I often have them so I'm not thinking they are signs of pregnancy. Far too early anyway.
  1. Can your body gear up for ovulation and have post ovulation cramps leading up to your period?

I'm quite worried I have a short LP to be honest as I've had 5 miscarriages.

Oh and my AF came 3 days early last month so I'm also worried I'm going into early menopause!
