Is it too soon to take a pregnancy test?

I lost my first baby on the 21st may at 16weeks which was truly devastating. Whilst my body recovered quite quickly I only had my first period until the 4th July. Because it took a little while for it to come back I thought it unlikely I would conceive this month. Last time I felt the first symptoms within a few days... Heart burn, hunger, tiredness, extreme sickness. I took a test 2 weeks after conception and there was the faint line! I don't want to get my hopes up, but over the last two days I've had heart burn, been a bit light headed, felt some cramping and generally felt a bit pregnant. I appreciate its probably too early to test but I'm wondering if I could be imagining it because I want to be pregnant again? I don't want to raise my hopes but the only time I ever experienced heart burn was when I was pregnant. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I know I'll be so disappointed if I'm not.
