Early luteal phase advise

My af has only lasted 3days which was the norm for me before I started bc pills. So it looks like my cycles are going back to normal.

But I'm confused, does this mean I will ovulate earlier ? Or does it effect my ovulation x

The easiest way to track luteal phase is to get very friendly with your cervical mucus. I found Fertility Friend a very useful app for that - it predicted my AF very accurately and helped me learn my new cycle.

When I realised my luteal phase was short (8-9 days) I took a B vitamin supplement which lengthened it to 12 days ... and, well, the result is driving a Playmobil tractor up my arm.

Thank you MrsHathaway I will download the app. I've ordered some Agnus castus too as heard good reviews that it helps with ovulation but also heard it shortens your cycles. But I'm going to give it ago xx
