Male vitamins

Hi all. Im just finishing my last pill pack then we are contraception free and seeing what happens. I've started taking seven seas trying for a baby vitnains. Should i gey DH on the male conception vitamins too? Anyone else used them?

Hi ej I'm taking seven seas too! DH isn't taking anything as yet but I'm thinking of suggesting he does!

My DH just takes a normal multivitamin. I think make conception vitamins are probably an unnecessary expensive if you have no reason to suspect there are any issues with his swimmers!

Thanks all. Its our first time ttc so no idea about his swimmers. I'm so excited, i've waited so long for this so just want to do all we can.
