So sorry to hear that mcbaby Flowers

BFN for me this morning as well tiggi so I'll see you over on the September bus. It's so hard not to feel disappointed every time but just need to try and stay positive that it will happen X

Vanillaradio · 07/08/2016 13:05

Sorrymcbaby Flowers.
Af due today and no sign but bfn this am. Guessing I will be shortly on September bus too.

danigrace · 07/08/2016 16:04

Blossom I'm enjoying the Olympics too! Have found making a list of things I can tell myself I'd like to get done before I'm pg and working on that bit by bit helps me - nothing like a bit of potentially misplaced motivation to get the oven cleaned lol

McBaby Flowers so sorry to hear that. Wishing you luck on the September bus.

Best of luck to all those testing this week!! This week will be the week I find out if it lools like my body has decided to ovulate - I'm on cd11, nothing on opk yet but very wet pants Blush which is promising I hope

sk1pper · 07/08/2016 18:32

Good luck Dani, and sorry to all those who've reserved a spot on the September bus already.
I'm testing next weekend but I'm almost certain I'm not pg, my womb feels like it's gearing up for AF. Already got an appointment to see a fertility specialist so I've got that to focus on instead now which is making me feel a bit less helpless (and hopeless).

ginandcake · 07/08/2016 19:45

Good luck for the autumn dances, sounds like you need some time out for yourself, the whole TTC business can get too much at times!

I'm with you Blossom and dani, CD11 today and getting impatient! Have had a nice weekend away though enjoying some nice food and cocktails which has taken my mind off it.

Congrats to the new BFPs and hi to all newcomers.

Sorry to hear about AF arriving mcbaby, wishing you more luck in September.

Good luck with the fertility doc sk1pper, hopefully you won't need them!

Eva30 · 08/08/2016 06:04

Good luck dani, wet pants is a good start!
skipper I'm testing at the weekend too. I'm 7dpo today and keeping busy so I don't symptom spot, it's working (kind of) so far.
So sorry mcbabyFlowers

sk1pper · 08/08/2016 07:41

Yay Eva, another test buddy.

I've had spot bleeding this morning so I'm not hopeful. PMS isn't the same as it normally is, feeling really queasy today and I had sore boobs over the weekend but gone now. I won't jump on the September bus just yet but I think that's where I'm headed.

SoozC · 08/08/2016 07:42

Congrats to all the bfps! Looks like a lucky bus!

I'm not testing until after af is due next weekend (Saturday-ish). Zero symptoms so far.

misstiggiwinkle · 08/08/2016 08:19

Ladies, it's been a pleasure. Wishing all the luck to those yet to test and to those with bfps, may they be sticky.

I'm officially off to the September bus. AF decided to pay an unwanted visit.

Xx

danigrace · 08/08/2016 10:49

Skipper - thanks. Fingers crossed for your test. When's your fertility appointment?

Gin your weekend sounds lovely! Glad to see there's a few later-in-the month testers still going to be on the bus with me!!

Eva Grin thanks haha. Good luck with your test!! You too Sooz!

Tiggi sorry to hear AF arrived, best of luck to the September bus!!

sk1pper · 08/08/2016 11:43

Dani - it's been moved forward to today! So I'm going straight after work. Extremely nervous, no idea why.

Tiggi - see you on the Sep bus shortly xx

lingo · 08/08/2016 12:16

Afternoon all - my first post!

Age 31
TTC #1
Cycle 1
CD13

DH and I have just started TTC so will be busy DTD as much as possible this week and keeping fingers crossed.

lousylear · 08/08/2016 12:57

Lingo - I'm in line with you, practically. I'm cycle #1, cd #14. Although ttc #4. 3 kids from previous relationship. I'm using the ovia which I like as I quite like scrutinising data! I'm sad like that.
We are also busy dtd this week! Good luck.

I'm cd18. Looks like I ovulated cd16/17. Af due 22nd August. Going to try and hold off testing completely until the 27th....not sure whether I'll be able to stay strong.

Theknittinggorilla · 08/08/2016 14:47

My resolve to wait until Saturday to test is already waning...

Think I am 10dpo ish today and feeling the urge for a sneaky frer in the morning. Gah am trying to be sensible this month!

Literally no symptoms, though last month i was convinced I had loads so maybe this is a good sign.

Will maybe try and at least wait until Wednesday. Day after day of negatives tests is so soul destroying.

Vanillaradio · 08/08/2016 18:15

Well af has arrived so I'm off to September bus. Thank you for encouraging me not to test till af due, you saved me a fortune and I have one test left for next monthSmile.
Good luck to those still here, I hope to see not too many of you on the next bus......
hope appointment went ok skipper

sk1pper · 08/08/2016 18:19

Had my first appointment with the GP. Didn't go as planned really. Doctor seemed to think there was nothing to worry about, happy with our weights and ages and strongly suggested not to go ahead with tests as they can stress people out. Wants me to go back in 6-12 months, or if I'm really worried to rebook an appointment with my DH attending. All in all, just a typical "come back in x number of days" response. DH found it hilarious as he doesn't rate NHS GPs at all and he told me yesterday that this would happen. I'm not sure how to feel about it, should I wait another year? The doctor seemed certain I'd conceive naturally, I just need to be patient and relax.

Hi all. CD 21 and have some symptoms. Input them to my app. Won't overshadowed here! So its tough. I don't think I could hold out to long to test. Well done those with resolve to wait!

beachsands · 08/08/2016 18:56

Overshare not overshadowed!

sk1pper · 08/08/2016 19:33

Blossom - how long did it take you to conceive for #1 if you don't mind me asking?

So this is #1 for me too, I'll be on cycle 13 in September, have been mapping out my cycles best I can. Things seem regular 27-28 days in my cycle, always ovulate on the 14th day. I'm fairly young 28 (DH is 35) and we've put a lot of effort into our diets, lifestyle, have stopped drinking etc.

I realise I am probably being impatient and the Doctor is right, tests would probably make me scrutinise it even more but it upsets me that I'm in the 6% who take longer than a year to conceive.
