Hi everyone here is the August bus carrying on from the one I was on previous month with u ladies.
Fx this is a lucky bus!
Had my implant out yesterday and gp said I should be good to go within a week.

Not too sure how to track so hoping af arrives to kick things off :-)

What do people class as a "quickie"?

How many minutes??

Good question writer! Not sure, but one thing is for sure, what DH counts as a quickie and what I do are very different!

Haha ginandcake - ditto! I did suggest at one point he do it himself and I'll get some syringes from work 😂

I think 3-5 minutes is a quickie

5 mins this evening for me and DH - we've both got lives to lead and sock drawers to organise! last time dtd when we feel we have to this month - hurrah

9dpo BFN of course......i just can't wait to POAS. So impatient! Promising myself not to test until the weekend now

Hi all. Cd12 for me, 3rd day of flashing smiley on CB monitor. Today I had EWCM!! First time I've ever noticed it, so I feel like doing a little dance
midrog and calmisthematra hopefully the tests are too early for your BFP.
I'm expecting ov on cd15 as per my last 2 cycles. Test date 13th Aug.

Ps. I'm supposed to be going to Thorpe Park next week (which will be 2-3dpo) - is this wise?! I have no clue whether I'm being overly cautious about (hopeful) implantation?

Been off bc since April but only second cycle TTC. Af was 4 days late but after 3 BFN af arrived whilst on holiday in Disneyland.
Cd6 for me and af has left the building! Fertile Window between 5th and 10th August af due 22nd. Will try not to test unless I am late.

Well in tww as of today. Not hopeful as we only dtd once in fw. Staying with my dps for us all to attend a friend's wedding was badly timed! We even considered sneaking off at the wedding for a quickie but couldn't find anywhere!

Ok, I'm getting pretty confused. All signs of ov two days ago - +ve opk, ewcm, pain etc but since then my temp hasn't gone up as I would expect if I ov'd. Actually feeling a bit sad that I haven't ov'd and that the penny is dropping as to why I haven't managed a BFP in the 7 cycles until now - maybe even though I've got the symptoms I'm just not ovulating . Anyone else temping and not had a rise when I'd expect it?

Blossom that's great your cycle is regular again! Think whether or not the fertility monitor is a good idea is whether you think it will help you with timing in a chilled way or make you a bit crazy and add to your stress lol, everyone's different! re. the preseed - do you get ewcm? I don't get much but decided to try evening primrose oil to increase it before getting preseed. I eat a protein heavy rather than carb heavy diet bc it's good for PCOS (which I have), I eat generally very healthily anyway bc of other health issues that force me too!

Tiggi not instant but Nespresso do a nice range of decafs if you fancy giving yourself a little treat (they'll make you one to try in John Lewis or one of their stores). My temps are all over the place but I have PCOS. Do you have a regular cycle?

Tiggi my book says some people have slow climbs. Have you temped other cycles?
But also please think positively, if it is that then surely they can give Clomid or something to stimulate!??

6dpo and I have felt so hot all day. I know it's gross but I have been so sweaty today, to the point I can smell BO, and I'm never, ever like that!!

Not that I'm crazy symptom spotting of course.....

Of course I did Dani, I can't resist. It was a BFN of course, but was only a cheapie I stole from work! . Went to pop out at lunchtime to get a FRER but colleague asked for a lift to the shop as well and couldn't sneak one in to my basket! Got one on my way home and planning to take it tomorrow with FMU. Tomorrow is the day ovia says I can test but I think it's still probably a bit early. I have promised myself that if it is negative I won't test again until next week. We'll see how that goes!

I think I can see something calm, fingers crossed for tomorrow. Where are you in your cycle?

I wouldn't worry about Thorpe Park Eva, I don't think it should be any problem, just have fun.

Thanks dani and gin, maybe being thrown about on the rollercoasters will help it lodge just nicely!
