Pregnant with copper coil.... Boy or girl?

Just curious...

If you get pregnant with the copper coil, does it effect the likelihood of which sex the baby will be?

I'm thinking along the lines of how it effects the conditions of the cervix and uterus, would male or female sperm be more likely to make it through?

Asking because a friend has become pregnant with the copper coil and we were wondering if any research had been done into this.

Most ideas about affecting the outcome of having a boy or girl are total nonsense. It's pot luck! Fx little coil baby is what she is hoping for 🙂 and wasn't too much of a shock! Xxx

It was a bit of a shock at first but she is very happy now. Some things are just meant to be!
