I think I'm around 8dpo and since Sunday I've had like tiny sharp pain in my uterus area (lasts maybe a second and happens only a few times a day), I also get fairly sharp pains on the right side of my uterus area maybe once a twice a day. My breasts have been feeling really weird, bigger, heavier, quite sore, very sensitive (especially the nipples which are puffy) with weird dimpling on the nipples. I also have back pain. I did a test today which came back negative. Any thoughts? I don't want to get my hopes up 
I've been trying a while I'm starting to feel discouraged
