Help Please! Huge drop at 8 & 9dpo below coverline

Hi ladies,
Can someone please help me figure out what's going on with my bbt? I had CD21 blood test done which confirmed I ovulated and my ff app also thought I did on CD17. I am now on CD26 (which according to the app should be 9dpo) but my temp dropped so low below coverline yesterday and today that ff now thinks I haven't ovulated and eliminated my coverline entirely.
This my first cycle after ovarian drilling as I have PCOS and the first time I ovulated in many many years but what's going on with the temps??
I've had a total meltdown this morning and cannot even go to work as I had all my hopes up and now this happens. Can someone please have a look? x

FF is a bit temperamental, I wouldn't worry about it eliminating the cover line. If you want you can go in and click "discard temp" on the extra low one for today to see if it comes back. Then in a couple of days untick "discard" and see what it does then with more information.

On the plus side... a dip at 8dpo can be a dip for implantation. So it might actually be a good sign. But on the other hand this is really inexact and temps can be very erratic after ovulation, so you will have to sit tight and wait.

Sorry to be noncommital! I hope this is the month for you but even if not - at least you know you ovulated, which is fantastic! :) Try to take it one step at a time.

Ah thank you, BertieBotts, I'm trying to stay positive and like you said, best take one step at a time. It's very difficult though and I'm an absolute emotional wreck as every time I get the smallest reason to believe again, hopes are crushed straight away, after 2 and a half years or this battle I'm starting to loose faith, energy and any hope left :/ Fingers crossed I did ovulate and just hope I can find out the outcome soon so I can move on to whatever future holds for me.

If you had the blood test then you DID ovulate.Don't worry about what the temperatures say. :)

Ah thank you for your kind encouraging message. My temp dropped even lower today to 36.10 at 10dpo, which is CD27 and because this is my first cycle after ovarian drilling, I really don't know how long it should be and whether AF is round the corner so I will just have to wait now.
