So AF has arrived and this month so this will be the 4th month of TTC. I've had a miscarriage and TTC has failed the 2 months after..

I've been taking: vitamin d, folic acid and iron tablets.

Would I be better off having a multivitamin? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

You are taking the right supplements. You could take a multi vitamin but you must avoid vitamin A ( sometimes listed as Retinol) when ttc or pregnant. Keeping healthy and following a good diet will obviously help.
Good luck with it all Smile

thank you ILostItInTheEarlyNineties!

I was looking up some multi vitamins and there are so many.. and I guess what works for one person won't always work for someone else.

I just take the Wilkos pregnancy vitamin as it covers all bases.

I started taking seven seas twice and both times they have delayed my ovulation by a week (despite being ok when I conceived DS) So I'm just taking folic acid and vitamin D. That's all the NHS recommends. I would take a multivitamin if I could though! Seven seas are 3 packets for a tenner at ASDA and much smaller than pregnacare!
