No af and negative pregnancy test

Hi all, some advice please. I had an ectopic last july and a miscarriage in December and now I am currently a day late and freaking out. Me and my hubby decided to not try for a baby till after my 30th in September but this month af hasnt shown up. Last month i was prescribed tranexamic acid for heavy af that i have had after the mc. I did a test and it came back negative and that is how my ectopic started. I am going out of my mind

Call your gp and see if they can run some blood tests on you, that's what I did, they CANT say no! Then they should book you in for an early scan to check if it's ectopic or not, don't stress or be worried, you could just be abit late due to stress or many other things! Depending on what test aswell it might not be able to pick up early pregnancies xx

Thak you for this. Af started this morning but with it has come light headedness and shoulder pain which seems very weird. If it carries on tomorrow I will ring my gp. Thanks
