Best conception vitamin for men?

I'm taking Seven Sea Trying For a Baby, but wondered what vitamin people would recommend for my DP? I want to keep him in optimum health for this baby making business. :)

Is Vitamin C a good one as well? I've read that it is, but don't want to overload on vitamins,
