Ovulation after implant removal

Hi, first post and new to this but hoping to get some experiences from people on TTC after implant removal. I had mine removed over 6 weeks ago now and still haven't ovulated.....has anyone else had to wait this long for their cycle to come back? I had no periods when on the implant

Hi! I'm on week 4 since removal and I've just had a huge mess of god knows what. No positive temp or OPKs show ovulation but also no periods. Hope yours turns up soon!

Hi User. I have had the implant twice - once pre DD and once post (trying for DC2 currently). I don't remember exact timings but both times was waiting a couple of months for AF to appear. Once it did it was back to normal. Hope your cycle sorts itself soon.

Thanks everyone. I think I'm being a bit impatient but I think I took the doctors a bit too literally when they said everything would come back to normal immediately. Fingera crossed I will at least get a positive ovulation test soon!
