21 day blood results, what to expect?

I'm seeing my GP tomorrow for my blood results from a test done on day 21. Can anyone tell me what they are likely to talk to me about?

Anyone had these tests before?

It's a blood test to see your progesterone levels. My understanding is it needs to be above a score of 30 to show that you have ovulated.
