I'm going to use the clearblue digital opks, they have a dual hormone test now as well as the normal one.
What's the difference? Are the dual hormone ones better?

Dual hormone ones will tell you

Low
high
And Peak

High means your peak is approaching your get a peak when your "about" to ovulate.

The high will stay high until you get a peak, if it misses your peak (it has happened to me once) it will stay high until it gets that peak, so looking at the sticks visually can help save money on spending more money on sticks than need be.

I use the monitor now, expensive but very much worth it IMO.

Follow the instructions on how long to pee on them or dip them (much better results, I purchase cheep disposable cups from tesco) but always do it as close to the second as you can
