Is it too early for these weird things to be 'symptoms'?

Just started TTC and I'm not sure if I am imagining symptoms... can someone tell me, is it ridiculous to think the following could be pregnancy signs just a few days after DTD:

We DTD on Thursday and Saturday (yesterday). On Friday I had tender breasts, Saturday night really sore nipples, today really sore nipples. Like even just touching them with a finger tip through clothes is sore.

I have also been really tired and a little bit nauseous in the mornings, but that passes fairly quickly after eating so I think the nausea may not be related. The tiredness lasts all day though!

Am I being silly to think these are signs just a day or two after conception?

Sorry but yes you are being silly. You haven't had chance to conceive yet. It takes at the very least five days after ovulation for an egg to implant and start producing hcg which causes symptoms. To be honest, you are probably experiencing signs of ovulation. Do you track your cycles so you know when you are ovulating?

A day or so is a bit soon.....are you tracking your cycles? DH and I DTD 12 days ago (I am tracking my cycles and got +ve OPK) and I had a 'feeling' about 5 days later ie last week. Positive test today!! Same happened with DS1. Slight nausea and a general heaviness in my womb.

I know i may well be being silly so early on. I have been tracking though so know I have already ovulated, a few days ago.

How are you tracking your cycles? Are you temping and/or using opks?

I'm using ovulation strips - the line never got to be really dark, but it did go from non existent, to visible but pale, to darker.

I haven't been temping or checking CM - not sure how!

For an oil to be positive it needs to be as dark as or darker than the control line. Once you have that it's usually 24-48 hours later your egg is released. That egg then lives 12-48 hours.
I would highly recommend temping. You need a bbt thermometer (I got mine on Amazon for about £5). It's very easy to do and I use the fertility friend app to log mine. It just confirms ovulation after it has happened as opks only show that you have the right hormone gearing up. A positive look does not mean you ovulate. If you're not pregnant consider doing temping next cycle. I don't check track my cm as such although I am aware of it when I'm ovulating.
