Anyone knowledgeable? I used to know these things when I was ttc'ing DC1, but appear to have forgotten. It's cycle 18 now so am attempting to try a bit harder. This is a positive OPK isn't it? Will my (diagnosed 3 years ago) pcos affect it? My cycles have been between 25 and 35 days since DD was 4 months, most have been about 26 to 28 days.

It looks positive but women with PCOS can have elevated LH levels so can get false LH surges which means false positives on OPKs.
I have PCOS and never actually got completely positive results on ovulation tests. I'm pregnant though so I must've ovulated! I found charting my bbt and looking for other signs of ovulation (CM etc) more effective than OPKs. Good luck!
