Early symptoms....Pregnancy vs AF. Anyone??

Hello ladies.
So I'm wondering who had PMS symptoms before getting BFP

Little bit of background...

So I'm on CD 30 after my first period since the merina coil.
Not sure of when I ovulated though I can normally tell....I thought it was the first week after AF but now I'm not sure.
2 weeks ago I started getting cramps and backache like AF. I'm unsure of my cycle length as I had the coil for 3 years and only had one period since the coil came out.
AF was on May 15th lasting 3 days.

I done a HPT on CD 27 & CD 28 (was very emotional! Which was my first sign with my DD) but I got 2 BFNs

I've still been getting slight cramps, twinges and, backaches over the last week but woke up today with slightly tender boobins and had a upset stomach all morning. I know this is a sure sign AF is on her way but has anyone had symptoms the same as PMS which turned out to be early pregnancy? And how long after the symptoms did you get your BFP??

I'm in pretty much exactly the same position. On day 38 but my longest cycle has been 40 days so I don't want to test until after that. If AF doesn't arrive I'll test at the weekend (if I can hold out!)

I've had such bad cramps since Friday. And tender boobs and heartburn all weekend. Any positive stories on AF symptoms turning into BFP would be great!

My OH wants to test when he is home from work but I'm going to try hold off till CD35 if I can.
I am just convinced AF is on way with these symptoms cramps are more intense today than yesterday but I have also been so tired the last couple days so I'm so confused what to think xx

I seem to get more symptoms with AF than I ever do with pregnancy signs, I always know I'm pregnant as I get no AF signs whatsoever. With AF I get pmt, boobs pain, bloating sometimes cramps, and CM, and pregnancy just the odd stitch pain in groin area and fatigue no CM.

AF and early pregnancy symptoms are very similar. Bloating, cramping, feeling hormonal, breast tenderness etc.

I had two unusual symptoms that convinced me I was pregnant before I took my HPT: smelly wee and hot flashes during the day.

Jodie That's exactly why I'm not testing. Having never been pg I don't know how my body will feel. All I know is that this feels a lot like AF.

Mummy how long is your cycle normally? Mine's always all over the place which is why I'm waiting but CD35 is late for a normal cycle. Test today!

modest I'm not sure on my cycle as its been 3 years since I've had a period.
I had my coil removed on 21st April.
I had a bleed on 23rd April til 25th April
First AF arrived on 15th May til 17th

So in limbo really, if I remember rightly I had a 28-30 day cycle before I had my coil. I tested on CD28 and had BFN so it's been 2days since that, I keep talking myself out of testing today but I think it's only been 2 days since the BFN lol xx

BFN for me again this eve :( Must all be AF symptoms :'( x

You've only recently had your coil removed so it's probably your body settling back into a natural rythm. Wishing you better luck next month.

Used clomid on day 24 so early days. Havent stopped weeing, constipated (never happens) and am getting twinges!😊 early sign??

Why don't you try a First Response Early Response next Monday. They are very sensitive.

I have 2 of them sat waiting to be tested haha.

So this may seen crazy, I e just posted the same on another thread, but my OPKs for next month arrived this morning and I got that urge to POAS just for pure curiosity haha.... crazy I know

Anyway, this was the result after just 2 mins??
Now correct me if I'm wrong but that looks positive to me!! It's the darkest one I've had! Surely surely I am not ovulating on CD32!!??

You very well may be pregnant. A positive OPK can be an indicator of pregnancy as LH and HGC are almost chemically identical.

I'd pee on the FRER in the morning with first morning wee.

I had a smear this afternoon which has caused me to start spotting I'm hoping it stops and doesn't lead to my period!!! Xx

I had an almost positive opk last night but as I have pcos it doesn't mean much !

I found out I was pregnant by accidentally peeing on a opk stick thinking I bought hpt sticks lol. Ur probably preggy hun.

I've had positive OPKs before/ around AF was due and not been pregnant. Get a First Response or Superdrug test. Don't rely on OPKs to test for pregnancy. The hormones are similar but not the same.

Thanks ladies. Good luck to you all. I don't want to get my hopes up though as I'm on clomid. I'm getting shooting in boobs day and night under armpit very odd! Took hpt negative but only ovulated on of around 4th so would be too early to tell. Weeing a lot too. My body is odd

Boobs tingling and shooting pains today but I'm not getting my hopes up don't get know if clomid has worked !

I tested this morning using a FRER - BFN I do not know what's going on with me.

I done FRER test thing morning and I can't see another line on it so now I am just baffled going to wait a couple days now I think x
