ttc after mmc at 44

Unfortunately I just had a mmc, with no hearbeat seen at 12 week scan, though the 8 week scan was fine it seems that's when the foetus stopped growing. I had an erpc last week. My ob-gyn said my chance of having another baby with own eggs is very slim, with an 85% chance of miscarriage.
Just wondered if anyone had any positive stories to share or heard different stats? Thanks!

I had a mc at 7 weeks aged 42 and got pregnant again the same month. Now have a beautiful little girl x

Sorry for your mmc. I am 46, 28w pg with DC5, after many early mc and a mmc last year at 9+3. Is possible.

Thanks Wilberry, Choceclair and JassS. It's inspiring to hear about your pregnancies after mc. I have got 3 DC and have had 3 mmc in all. The 85% stats are quite scary, I had though it was "only" about 60-65% miscarriage rate at 44.
