period delayed??

Hi everyone I'm never ever late on my period but this month I'm now 8 days late and feel so Poo!! I've done a pregnancy test to rule that out and it was negative but still haven't come on anyone no why this could be?? X

Delayed ovulation usually. Can be stress, illness, change in medication etc or just one of those things! Very annoying though!

In march I was 9 days late. Negative test. And I'm never late ( unless pregnant ) I think it just happens for some odd reason.

Going through this at the moment OP. AF 4 days late so far, but BFN... If no AF by weds/thurs I'll test once more, otherwise I think ill just have to sit it out...

Me too 3 days late and bfn 😣 was getting excited by lack of af, but seems its probably just my body playing tricks on me.
